Plugins to be Developed for Eclipse -- Still There to Develop

Hi All,
 
Please provide some informations on the following if there is an answer .
 
I could not find free plugin for the following :
 
1) JIRA Plugin - one exist but it is payable
2) File Comparer Plugin - Ascii as well as Binary
3) Good Remote Debugging with Tomcat and JBoss
4) Good Database plugin - more better than DBEdit plugin
5) To work with .NET programs - syntax highligting and everything
6) Bulk file renamer
7) plugin - Integration of Jikes the fastest java compiler

Kathir, please stop asking your questions on this mailing list.  To quote the mailing list page at eclipse.org:

"Technical questions and discussions about using eclipse and eclipse-based tools, and developing plug-in tools should be posted to the newsgroups. Mailing lists at eclipse.org are intended for use by developers actually working on or otherwise contributing to day-to-day development. The development mailing lists are the way design and implementation issues are discussed and decisions voted on by the committers."

Also, repeating your question is only going to annoy people and discourage them from bothering to answer you.  This is about your seventh email on this subject today. Please stop!
